Other banks are reducing or eliminating NSF fees and this bank is increasing their fees. They…read morereorder your transactions from largest to smallest and don't have a daily limit on the number of NSF fees they charge. That way if your car payment comes out a day sooner than expected and you had multiple smaller payments on the same day they will charge you NSF fees starting with the smallest and working up. Instead of one NSF fee for your car payment you may get 10 or more for small daily purchases that are far less than the NSF fee. I have been with them for over a decade, but after getting hit hard with this new policy I am moving to another bank. There's no reason to stay with a bank that takes advantage of low income customers to line their own pockets. There are plenty of other banks that will treat you with respect and compassion.

I asked about OD protection, they don't have it and recommend turning your card off as soon as you don't have money. With each bank i have called they are rude and every time you try to ask why this keeps happening they say it's because you have too many bills pulling from the account. Before I can get my next check I get hit with $67. In NSF charges.
