My car is nice and shiny whenever he washes it, and I had some minor scratches on the hood of the vehicle that he was able to remove. I'll only trust him to wash/wax my car from now on. I spilled milk in the interior of my car and it's the absolute WORST mistake you can do. The milk penetrated underneath the carpet and I had to deal with the awful stench for weeks because I tried everything to clean it. After messaging most car professional detailers, everyone did not describe the right way to clean it except Marco who also quoted me a reasonable price to clean the spill. Let me start by saying: i wish I could give more stars! I thought my car was destroyed forever. My car was mostly parked and had gotten filled with bugs (eek!) so I wouldn't drive it unless I got it DEALERSHIP-level cleaned. I thought, "Until i can get it detailed, maybe i can spread bug powder of some sort to kill the bugs." (I know, v stupid). But that made for quite the mess. So I searched and reached out to five car-detailing companies. I read SBC's reviews and felt confident that my car would be taken care of. Marco called me and gave me an estimate of the work. He also said he would throw in a free wash! When Marco arrived and looked at my car, he assured me things would be taken care of. And on the hottest day of the week, Marco spent six long hours cleaning the heck out my car. I'm talking about TOP to BOTTOM. He even cleaned under my hood!! He got all the webs, shampooed my seats and carpet, waxed my tires, and literally so many awesome things I can't even list them all. I was so appreciative of his dedication to cleaning my car. This review was supposed to be done a month ago. The arm rest of my car ripped. Not sure what caused it. May have been moisture damage as a result of constant skin contact from elbow with the arm rest. Other businesses could not find the right color or figure out how to remove the arm rest. Marco came with a book swatch (fabric samples) with different colors so I could make the right choice of color and fabric. Talk about personalized service. Marco is amazing. He drove up to the house, took the arm rest and was back with it the next day. I had a couple of scratches inside the arm rest and he polished it off at no extra cost. His prices are reasonable. Marco did machine polish clay and wax treatment to our 2004 Honda Accord after a 2 year old paint job and it looks brand new. We park our car outside, wash it like once every other month, and never did any waxing after the paint job a couple years ago. I had some scratches from inadequate car washing, and with a black car, these scratches are hard to miss. I took my car to get detailed twice and waxed, but the scratches are still there.
