"Cool" I thought. I like this. As he walked by my son's house he bent down and put a flag in front of my son's mailbox and walked away. Very quickly the flag fell over. Having served with the military for over 40 years and out of my personal respect for the flag, I went over to right "Old Glory". As I picked up the tiny flag I was immediately taken back by the stick placed on the flag, a marketing sticker. Frank Arena, an agent for this office of Keller Williams, had attached a sticker on the flags he was placing in the neighborhood. I realize that this is not a big deal to anyone but me probably, but I was pissed! I fought for that flag on many occasions and am not happy that Mr. Arena was willing to use our flag as a marketing tool on the 4th of July. It should be noted that even if it were not in bad taste, it is illegal! United States Code Title 4 Chapter 1 states, "The flag should never have placed upon it, nor on any part of it, nor attached to it any mark, insignia, letter, word, figure, design, picture, or drawing of any nature." In many places, this action would have gotten Mr. Arena 30 days in jail and fines. None of that will happen in this case. But what will happen is that I will post this message, people will read it and hopefully let Mr. Arena know how they feel about his actions. I will never use Keller Williams for any real estate transaction and will encourage my friends and family to go elsewhere as well.

I've lived in San Francisco, San Jose, Seatttle area, and Miami and have never dealt with a realtor/property manager so dishonest who refuses to accept responsibility. From blatantly refusing to address maintenance issues with the property to lying to the home owner about the improvements she claimed to have had done to the property. Also lying to us and the home owner about being out of the country to avoid responsibility of addressing maintenance, pest control, or repairs. Every person we came in contact with who had experience dealing with her had nothing good to say. That goes for the neighbor who's been there 35+ years, the pest control person, bee removal specialist, and county code inspector. All of whom have no reason to go out of there way to express their opinion of her, but felt it was necessary. Initially we thought they were exaggerating but they were 100% accurate in describing her and how much of pain it would be to deal with her.
