Dr. Champion and his staff are genuinely concerned about my care and consistently respectful of my time. I have been traveling from Montgomery, AL, to Columbus, GA, to come to Southeastern Cardiology for almost two years now. Check-in is always quick and painless. I have never waited more than a few minutes past my appointment time to get taken back for my appointment. But what matters most to me is how Dr. Champion and his staff listen carefully and engage me by asking questions, and always encourage me. Every individual I have interacted with at Southeastern Cardiology Associates has been courteous and professional. Scheduling appointments and prescription refill requests are always promptly handled without causing me distress or concern. I stood for 8 mins waiting to be checked in with 3 employees behind the desk and 1 patient at the desk. I just got out the hospital with heart problems and dizziness and no one even acknowledged me.When I asked to speak with a office manager the lady say we are helping a patient... all 3 of y'all? They need a better check in system I almost fainted from dizziness. At the very least acknowledge me so I can have a seat and and then return to my spot in line when all 3 of them got done rescheduling for another patient with no sense of urgency.Very inconsiderate to the needs of the patients that they are supposed to specialize in. I don't mind waiting in line but it's not like I was at McDonald's or something, I'm here because of my heart and dizziness and since y'all specialize in that you should understand that my body is strained and weak because of a heart condition.( hint hint)Cardiologist read more
