The owner is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his business. The saunas are always clean and smell great with aromatherapy. They also provide you with cold water and cold, wet towels to cool down afterwards. You have an hour per session and can get out and cool down whenever you need. I'm really happy I found this place!

They have been really nice and explain everything you need to know about the sauna system and light treatments. This time around they also added a back rest in the saunas which is really nice to lay against. Their iPhone adapter doesn't work on all phones so I either just listen to chill music right on my phone or the radio they have setup. I love that they have cold water and cups for you setup in the rooms. They also provide additional towels and clean wipes for after. The best part is the cold towel when you finish. It's so refreshing! You can lock your room and there's plenty of space for your belongings. Each session is approximately 45 minutes for the sauna.
