The office area if this establishment reminds you of a lobby fully stocked with complimentary water, snacks, candy, coffee, and other assorted goods. There is even a relaxing waiting area akin to what you would find at a hotel. Simply amazing. Pricing seems reasonable to me,and getting in and out was relatively easy. They even provide complimentary flatbed totes to move your stuff from outside at the ground floor to your unit. I think iveould live to see one in my area, it would be a huge improvement over what we have now.

I also enjoy that there is music playing in the storage area. A nice little touch to make things more inviting. The site is secure, well lit, and staff are very friendly and professional. The only thing I might say is carts seem limited, but it may have been they were somewhere else and just not by the door I used. I didn't check, I had what I needed and the storage never seems so busy that I had to wait for carts. Overall a good decision to move to this storage company.
