I called them on a Tuesday and the girl told me they would be pumping on Wednesday. So she would call me back with a time, never heard a word from her. So I called the next morning she said oh we will get you today but I don't know a time. 2 1/2 hours later I called back and then She tells me she can't get to me... if you will call around you will get a way better price than them. They were charging me 450.00. Everyone else was way cheaper 100.00 or more..: so I used an emergency company and for them to come the same day it was only 475.00. So call around there are some better companies and way cheaper than them... I would not waste my time on them at all.... read more

Paid for an inspectio. For a home purchase with another septic company and the test failed. The homeowner decided to get her own inspection with this company. It failed and the homeowner contracted them to it replaced. On the written contract it stated that we were entitled to one free pump out in out in the future because we had already payed another company to do the pump out with the first inspection That failed. Called the office to schedule and explained the situation and she continually told me she wasn't honoring the one free pump out. She didn't care what the contract said or who signed did she wasn't honoring it. She continued to say that was at the time the septic was being replaced not for later. I continued to explain over and over the septic didn't need pumped it had been pumped a week earlier. We explained that to the technicians at the time we hired them, hence the reason for the future free pump out. Still consistently argued with me and basically told me "she didn't care what the contract said, who wrote that, or what was said she wasn't honoring it. Wayne and his team were absolutely great, as we were approaching our timeline for closing to sell our home. Wayne knew how stressed we were, he and his team really helped us out. My husband and i had no idea what we were dealing with, and Wayne came out and quickly diagnosed that we needed a drain field system replacement, our house was built in 1964 so it's fairly old. They did a fantastic job doing our drain field within our timeline and plus! Wayne is a straight shooter, and I appreciate that, we needed a plumber and he connected me with someone who was just a safe honest and trustworthy after I dealt with a shoddy plumbing company. My experience with Southeastern Septic has been over to top in both performance and customer service. Their technician came out the day that I asked for even though it was late. He even pumped my tank using a flash light to see. He made sure I was informed on every aspect of my tank. He made sure my lawn was back the way it was after wards. He even gave me his personal number to call if I had any issues. When he got stuck in the sand & had to be towed out, the company sent someone out to again...fix my lawn & have it looking back to normal. Office staff is over to the top in customer service too. Pricing is reasonable. I am very very happy with this company & I will be using them in the future. read more

He answered all the questions that I had and even offered his knowledge on how to clean out the filter and how to extend the life of my septic tank with the use of yeast. It's really hard to find great customer service anymore but I absolutely found it when I talked to Rebecca in the office and told her that I neeeded my septic tank pumped out. She was able to get me same day service. She sent Don out. I stood out there with him while he was doing the job and we had lots of laughs and jokes about how bad the job smelled...lol. The bad news is that I need a new drain field but the good news is I wouldn't call anyone else to do it. Buyer Beware! This company refuses to stand by their written warranty. Less than a year later after a horrific experience using them to install a septic/drain field it stopped working. Called and the secretary refused to help us, despite a written warranty. Shane, the owner lied to us every step of the way, Wayne, the project manager lied and kept on lying and we even had to have a no trespass put on him b/c of his threats. I do not recommend this company , if you do decide to use them make sure you actually have a septic system, I was charged for a inspection and drain of septic system before the closing on my home and guess what I don't have one. Beware beware !!!!!!! I was refunded but if my sewer had not backed up I would of never known this fraud was committed. read more

I do not recommend this company. Read & trust others' reviews! The technician with which I did have direct contact was amiable. Their customer service, however, is wanting at best! This company was chosen for me to do work related to a house purchase. Each time they were needed, I was told multiple times the time slot for which the service was scheduled and BOTH times, they showed at completely different times than I was told. The first time I simply stayed on later than scheduled in order to be present for the work. The second time, the service was done 4 HOURS PRIOR to the appointment slot I was given, so I was not present while the work was reportedly being done that time. When I called to inquire about the scheduled service window, I was told I was wrong and "I don't know who told. you "X" time frame because it was scheduled for the "Y" service window." The second time, I was also told both the office and the tech attempted to call me to tell me about the service time but--guess what--I had NO missed calls from the company until after the work had reportedly already been completed! One time anyone can make a mistake, so whatever, but twice in just a week?? 'Fool me once' and all that. I will never voluntarily give this company any future business. read more
