Terrible, would not recommend for any legal services. Bends the narrative to suit them for more money.

That statement is simply not accurate. The woman handling our file was kind, but clearly overwhelmed and dealing with personal issues, and unfortunately our transaction did not go smoothly as a result. We missed our closing date despite running around making payments to ensure everything was completed, which cost us significant interest and delayed our move-in. We were also told that $4,000 had been set aside to cover legal fees that were quoted to us at $1,700. We closed without paperwork, and then five months later we received a statement saying we owed $2,700 and that no funds remained to cover the fees, which directly contradicts what we were told. When we received the unexpected bill, I immediately put $1,500 on my credit card and clearly stated I would bring in another $1,000 within two weeks. I also made it clear that I would not pay the remaining $200 due to how poorly this process was handled. In September, I then received notice that the full amount was still owing because our payment had been applied to someone else's account. I had to gather proof and resend everything to have this corrected. How does a payment get applied to the wrong account? Now, on May 7, I received an urgent email stating that if payment is not made by May 11, the account will be sent to collections, and that there have been "numerous attempts" to collect. Aside from the September issue, I have received no emails or phone calls requesting payment. Please provide the specific dates and methods of these alleged collection attempts. We chose your firm because you are local and convenient, but after 18 months of ongoing issues and confusion, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. It has felt disorganized from start to finish, and we are exhausted from still dealing with this matter.
