The doctor (Dr. Michele Henson) spent time with patient discussing treatments, medicine and lifestyle changes that would improve patient lifestyle. This is starkly different from another allergy clinic in Statesboro where I was tested and told I didn't have any allergies at all. Zero allergies. And then rushed out of office even after explaining that the diagnosis didn't make sense. Here at this doctor's office the diagnosis, treatment and options as well as the doctor's time was spent fairly with the patient! Thank you Dr Henson, nurse Lamonica and other staff for your time!

The collection agency will then send bills to a wrong address given by CA&A. I paid the bill in the office not knowing it was and old balance, nor was it ever mentioned by the girls up front and it took the billing dept 2 months to call the collection agency that it was paid. Now it's on my Equifax report for years!!! I have never been one not to pay my bills! Poor communication all around and terrible record keeping since they gave the wrong address to begin with!

Not one time did he ask why I was there instead he just assumed I was there to see if I had asthma. When the actual answer was more complicated than a yes or no answer. This guy is a total joke... I plan to contact TRICARE (since it seems like his business is really benefiting from scamming military families and service members) and explain to them how awful of an experience I had and what I need to do to get him off the referral list. In summary the doctor is extremely rude, will not actually ever ask you why you are there (concerns), if you try to speak up for yourself he will immediately go in defence mode, has more arrogance then he knows what to do with.
