One didn't know anything about gates, but that's okay. The other told me that I needed a new circuit board. They left the main box wide open, didn't even put it back together when finished. I took their recommendation and got a new circuit board. That wasn't the problem. They charged me $150 for incorrect 'service' and I was out the cost of the circuit board. I called about 20 times to speak with the owner about this. He never called back. In fact, the office must have somehow blocked my calls, because they never even answer anymore. Lacking in any knowledge of front gates, and NO customer service. It's a shame that the owner doesn't give a crap about his customers. Stay away from this company for gate repair.

We closed on January 27th, and I contacted premier on February 3rd with pictures and details of the multitude of issues. Jeff Young had an excuse for every single thing I listed. Instead of considering his missing a multitude of issues, he ended up blaming me as being dishonest. Since his company asked 3 times for a review, I left him one on Google. He replied to the review saying I was a unrealistically expectationed customer and that he did everything in his power to resolve the situation. His company only sent me one email. They never called, they never came out to look at all I found, they never even expressed concern. I am extremely discouraged by the fact that they will claim they did everything in their power to resolve the issue. Instead, it makes me question how honest this company is and how many other people they may be manipulating.

This woman who owns the company, Linda Fennell, must have dementia or something! Please do…read moreeverything in your power to NOT work with her and her business. It took over FIVE WEEKS of annoying calls/texts/missed appointments to get my blinds installed that I ordered from Home Depot. I still have two defective blinds that have not been replaced, and I've been waiting now for OVER SIX WEEKS. That's literally ELEVEN WEEKS of dealing with this terrible woman and her business. I'm exhausted! Linda can't remember when she makes appointments, or what she has told you. She tells me that she will call or complete certain tasks and then they never get done. She forgets times that she has made appointments. It took from mid January until February 14th for her to do the blind install, then they didn't have the right equipment so they had to come back and finish a week later. Then, two blinds were defective and I have been trying to get them replaced from February 21st until now, May 2nd. The manager of Home Depot spoke to her for me and scheduled an appointment today for 1pm to do the blind replacement. Linda's guys showed up over an hour early when I wasn't available and said they'd come back at 1pm (when I reminded them that was the time they were scheduled to arrive). THEY NEVER CAME BACK. I called the manager at Home Depot today and she said the time was definitely 1pm and she called Linda. Linda lied and said she thought it was noon. (or, this is her dementia again...). The manager at Home Depot scheduled another appointment in a few days for 1pm. I'll see if she actually shows up this time... Honestly, this woman can not handle the business she tries to run. She can't multitask or remember who is who and what she has to do next. She can't balance her work obligations and deal with people at the same time. She confuses people, forgets who she is talking to, forgets appointments, lies to those she contracts for (like Home Depot), lies to her customers (me!), and doesn't complete tasks on time. She also left me with broken blinds now for six weeks, with little hope that she will ever come to replace them. Please avoid this "business" and save yourself a lot of strife!

A couple of the blinds were incorrect; no fault of Plantation Shutter Tyme. Ms. Linda took the paperwork to the company and I was able to get the correct blinds free. When they arrived Linda had them installed for no extra charge. The installer was very clean. He removed all the boxes and trash that came with the blinds. The blinds look awesome. They did a wonderful job of installing all blinds without having any defects. No chips or anything. Thank you Linda for your awesome spirit and professional work. LA
