I was in the home I rented for two months and was constantly sick after 2 weeks. turns out- there was mold and when they finally sent someone out they told me it was unlivable. The property manager at the time, Jamie, lied to me and said "that's not what he just told Me". it was at that point, we didn't argue with her anymore. I packed and moved out over the weekend. We moved in August, the homes A/C unit was not big enough to keep up with the home. i was SWEATING in my own house in Louisiana heat. turns out- the home had holes in the attack, there was no sub floor under the sink and a opossum would come in through the cabnit! even though we were not allowed pets..... When I tried to reason with her and move out she wasn't having it. They filled eviction on me and I don't even really care. I was SO fed up!!

You will have the same neighbors for years because most people stay well past a year. The grounds are landscaped and the property is maintained. Their properties are cute and stylish. I was there, a few months shy of 2 yrs, before getting an eviction notice on my door to vacate the premises to due repairs (NO FAULT OF MINE), that Ilhad been reported months prior. My foot wet through the kitchen floor & they came & nailed some freaking boards down. Living room & hallway planks were coming up & sliding. So bad to where my daughter fell twice. I reported all of this & they kicked us out before my lease was up. Told me I could move to another one of their properties but I would have to sign a new lease, n9t finish the remainder of my current lease. Again, STAY AWAY!!!

My apartment was broken into - the door was literally kicked in and broken - and I was robbed of expensive property. Unfortunately for me, this happened on a Friday, so Vasseur couldn't be bothered to send anyone out to fix the door. To be clear - I just had a break in and my door would not shut and Vasseur did absolutely nothing to fix it. You would think they would send someone out Monday at least, but no. In fact, they never fixed it. I had to get my uncle to repair the door so that it could be securely closed. When I called Vasseur in tears because of this, the owner was a complete jerk and made a bad situation so much worse. They treat their renters like trash beneath their feet. I moved out shortly after this incident and had to bring my lawyer with me to the office to retrieve my security deposit. They are unprofessional and heartless people. Do NOT do business with these idiots.
