The Drs. at this office are great but the staff here could be more interested in the parents and patients. I kind of feel more rushed at this facility. Stay far away from this place please. It's easy to select this griup of pediatricians to care for your newborn and older because they are very close to the hospital but it's a terrible idea. I have been going there for 3+years and on many occasions I leave upset because the wait time is very long. One time they forgot me in the waiting area for a good hour. The Dr's are not bad but not great either. Very detached I'd say, feel like a number. The staff on the Iother hand, NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. There is a slim Latina older lady who is very very pleasant. This place does not respect your time and one time I was 20 mins late they expected me call to let them know I'm running late. Respect my time and I will respect yours. I had the last straw when someone called me to pick up documentation and I could not pick up the same day so I did the following business day. Noone knew what I was tslking about saying no one called because their system was down. Really? Even if the proof was in my call logs? Ok fine. It gets worse, they finally figured out who called me. She NEVER drafted the document so I had to wait almost 2 hours for that to be done. Can it get any worse? Yes! Document ia finally ready. I read the first few words and it stated that my daughter was diagnosed with a certain disorder (she was going to be ASSESSED not diagnosed). I told the incompetent front desk lady that it is wrong but she's referring me to the next line. The first line is incorrect why should I care ehat the next line says? How can she be diagnosed for something and u have ZERO proof of that. She had never been diagnosed yet you want me to accept this like I dont comprehend written English Language? Older, run down building, inattentive front office staff that was in their cell phones when we walked in. I had to call my insurance company before we could be seen - if I knew, I could have called before the appointment. What should have been a 30 minute appointment, I'm still here over two hours later. The doctor and nurse we're nice enough, but not really top notch care... I would think with them being close to Piedmont, maybe it would be a decent facility. read more

I wish there was a no star, so dissatisfied with the professionalism of this branch. I have been going here since my son was a small child retired military and all was going well until I received a bill from southern Cresent stating that my son was seen for an office outpatient visit for the cost of 100.00 dollars and that my insurance picked up 54.61 of it. Normally I would not suspect something was a mist but this visit was for a yearly referral for his hearing aids, not a check-up, not because he was sick, not for the flu shot but for a yearly referral. Not only did I call more than once to try and be helped but as I type I have been on hold for about hour now not joking an hour just to talk to someone in billing. I understand if you are short staffed in which I was told, but still, no one has gotten back to me on the line, In anger, I am going to stay on hold just for the heck of it until someone picks up. I now question how much they have been billing my tri-care for the last 5 years for simple routine visits.
