The funeral was the next day so I needed to act fast! I called the shop and she was very nice. I explained the funeral was the next day and I had only found that out an hour before. I told her what I wanted and she explained to me the current pricing wasn't updated yet and what did I want to spend. She also asked about colors etc, took the name of the funeral home and the Cemetery for graveside services. The standing funeral display was beautifully arranged- the colors were gorgeous. That said, I like to find and telephone a local florist directly when ordering, because first I prefer supporting local businesses in any city, and have found using FTD or even calling your favorite local florist merely sends your order out to whoever is up next in the vicinity. I've been lucky, particularly in small communities, that you get more and prettier for your money -- I guess they care more about their name. Anyway, the plant/flowers I requested (asking the florist to use their best judgment) was according to my niece "beautiful," and absolutely relayed love from us at her father's memorial service.
