They also used my pooper scooper to clean up with. When they taped up tarps to protect my house from dust they taped the tarps to the ceiling. My ceiling is a popcorn ceiling and the tape tore off some of the ceiling. I also had to replace my floor boards because they were so damaged. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your flooring.

I bought flooring for all but one of my rooms (ceramic tile). They had to be regrouted twice…read moreafterward because the grout would not cure properly. The third time they regrouted I noticed the workers were chipping my ceramic tiles so I decided this would be it. I could have sued but I am a working girl and have a special needs child. I did not have time or energy to go this route. The biggest insult, however, was how they treated me because I am a female ("Mam, it's because you are vacuuming with the brush," "It's because of your dogs," "It's because of what you are mopping with." Also, I called and inquired about carpeting in an extra room simply asking for a price. About two months later I get a call saying the carpet has been cut and they are ready to install. I didn't order it because they wanted over a $1k for a 10x12 room and that was too expensive for me. I started crying and they backed off. I have never gotten over how they treated me and I have kept silent; however, I can feel the ceramic tiles reacting to me stepping on them (like wood floors do) and I noticed a few are hollow when I tap on them. I know this means the glue is lifting. Nope, I will never do business with this company ever again.
