The beginning of Oct 16, my fridge started acting up and would turn on and then go off. I called…read moreDon Green because they had a great review. The response was quick and the diagnosis is that it wasn't the electric, but the fridge. In all fairness, they did say my electric box needed to be replaced sometime soon in the future. I was charged $268. I called a fridge repair company and they came out and said it was the fridge control panel and it would be $800 to replace, not including labor. The fridge was only 3 years old! They suggested I buy a new fridge instead, which I did. When the new fridge came, they plugged it in, and it didn't work. They went to a different outlet and plugged it in. It worked. The problem was electrical after all! So, did I really need a new fridge? I don't think so, but it was too late. So, the new fridge was now plugged into the dining room. I called Don Green back and the same tech came out. I was told I needed a new electrical panel and it would cost $2800 (or was it more, I don't remember as nothing was given to me in writing) and they would need $1400 down to schedule the work. I was given no contract or receipt. The next business day, I called and canceled the work because it was too expensive and I found someone that was personally referred to me. I made 5 calls in October and 4 calls so far in November. Each time I was told my refund is being expedited. Yesterday, I was told a manager would call me within 24 hours. No one has. It's been over three weeks since I requested my refund. Maybe this will get their attention!

What ? We didn't find it online, only found out what it was called. Extremely rude and very surprising. Would never, ever buy anything from them. I will attempt to contact the manager/owner because whoever this man is should not be working there - bad for their business. No idea what his name is though but maybe they will know who was working and I doubt this was the first time he had been rude to a customer.

After graduating with a…read morebachelor's of science in architecture, I found myself wanting to take my expertise a step farther and dabble into the world of design, leading me into an internship for Francesca. So when it came time to build my new home, there was no question... I knew I wouldn't do it without her and her team. The process from the ground up took a little over a year, and Francesca was incredibly easy to work with throughout--always responsive, professional, and thoughtful. Her eye for detail and close working relationship with my contractor made this new build efficient. My goal with this home was peace, happiness, and comfort. After losing my husband and leaving behind a large home on two and a half acres, I needed a space that felt like a fresh start without all the overwhelming decisions that a new build brings. Francesca delivered exactly that and more. One of my favorite parts of the home is the family photo wall; everyone who visits is drawn to it. It brings such a sense of warmth and story to the space. But what really stands out to me is how Francesca pushed me beyond what I thought I wanted. I never would have chosen a gold island on my own--it was completely out of my comfort zone. But she encouraged me to trust the vision, and respect the spaces needs, and that leap made all the difference. Now, that bold choice is one of my favorite features of the kitchen! Francesca's work is more than just design, it challenges you to grow in the best of ways, and that's exactly why I'd recommend her to anyone. They built me more than just a home, they created a space that feels like a true reflection of my current lifestyle, who I am now, and it's exactly what I needed. I'm glad that I trusted FMI Designs with my vision." -- Kim Zastenik, PGA Village
