You'd probably be better off on your own vs allowing him to plan any part of your estate. This attorney is highly regarded in a small town because of word of mouth, not because of his skill level. If you have had any estate planning done by him I'd highly recommend you have an educated, well versed attorney verify you are protecting your loved ones and your legacy.

Which is a total LIE- We bare the burden of proof of land maps, plus our titles, deeds plus we hold her deeds and the neighbors deeds which we gave to our attorneys. Yes which we have now- Mr Pratt wanted, $15k up front He stated to us on the phone I will not talk to you over the phone You will come to my office This case will take years and years and years Meaning you are going to milk my pocket book dry or as much as you can and drag this case out bc you either know these people and are friends of their and don't care who we are- nor the fact that we have ALL the evidence and bare the right evidence to prove before a judge or justices that we are in the right and this lady and her family are totally in the wrong and are trespassing! Mr Pratt was wrong to pass such judgement over a phone call like this. I have personally worked for many many attorneys and for judges They are to be in the middle They have to collect all the evidence first before passing judgment- you have to be truthful to an attorney also This client that is trespassing hasn't been truthful and it will come out in the wash especially knowing that she & her family work for a particular city with Kershaw county and this lawyer and many others know her which is wrong. This is why we were also judged before getting answers on the phone - some attorneys judged us within this small towns and grape vines so to speak because we live in two places - yes that's right two residents- Wilmington, NC & Cassatt SC where the neighbors are trespassing and plowing my land of 5 acres and the she built a dirt road inside my property line and plowed in my trench for MY fence- yes a cattle fence - which is my business inside my property line- on my 5 acres! I called in to arrange a service and the person on the line attempted to tell me that I had to sign up for rental services to use this tank. I informed the agent that for 5 years I've not paid a dime to use this tank and that I was not about start paying for it now. The agent claimed that they would take would now try and reclaim the tank. They had 5 years to come and reclaim this tank from the previous owner and they failed to do so. Statute of limitations are expired and this is now considered abandoned property. Shady company just trying to solicit unwanted subscription services and then assert claims based upon expired contracts that won't hold up in a court. Do not recommend business with this company.

I kept telling calling and telling them it was leaking and was told that they "could" send someone out but if they determine it's not leaking, they'll charge us for that too. After spending hundreds of dollars a month every month for an 800 square foot house, we FINALLY got them to check it and the service guy said it absolutely was leaking (no kidding, we could literally hear it hissing!) and replaced the lines. He told us we'd receive a credit for the previous months that we were charged. He was literally fired the next week and we never received a credit. We've also requested (for the past 2 YEARS) someone to give us a price on installing a heating unit in our garage. We were told they'd send someone out in a week or so. In 2 years time, we've asked more than 10x's. I ended up ordering a unit online and we have another company installing it this week. Customer Service is not their thing, neither is follow-thru.

Alyssa met with me beforehand, I showed her everything I wanted cleaned and explained how I was let down before. She and her team cleaned my house from 8:45 am until 2:30 pm. By the time they left my house was spotless. I have a room dedicated to holding 4 dog kennels and it gets DIRTY. The walls were caked in dust, baseboards were brown, I honestly just told them they didn't even have to go into the room since it was just too disgusting. I was shocked when I took a peek and my walls were clean, the baseboards were returned to white, it even smelled fresh! Ferris cleaning company did a phenomenal job, the pricing was lower than previous companies and the value was much higher.
