July 4, 2025 At…read morefirst, I praised this company, believing they had done a good job. However, upon closer inspection, the overall work turned out to be sloppy and careless. I asked the owner/manager--the person I paid--to return and clean up the excessive cement pieces left scattered throughout the yard, as well as to remove their company sign. They never came back. One of the slabs was poorly finished, with significant overpour and uncleaned edges (see attached images). I repeatedly requested that they correct the work, but was told this is "common." In addition to the subpar finish, they left multiple water bottles tossed around the yard, further evidence of a lack of professionalism. Photos show the poorly done slab and the cement debris I had to collect myself. You can decide if this is the type of service you want to pay for. As it stands, I will likely need to request reimbursement to have the slab properly corrected

He arrived promptly, and provided the pros and cons for several alternative approaches to solving the problem. Once we agreed on the best solution, Josh and his helper did a meticulous job, which went exactly as he had predicted. They left the area immaculate. I realize we must give at least one star but I would prefer to not give any! I have never had to…read moregive any company a negative review before but Master Garage has earned it and deserves it. We are very fearful that we are victims of a "Builder's Ponzi Scheme". We signed contracts for our garage in April, at the time we paid all but $9,720 dollars and we were told it would be completed no later than July 1st. It is now almost September and all we have is a very expensive cement slab and a lot of excuses! We have repeatedly contacted them, they continue to tell us there are three garages to be built before ours... The problem with that excuses is when we signed the contract (April), they said they had three garages before ours and the soonest our garage could be completed is July 1st. We have not seen anyone since they cashed our checks in April. It is almost September and all we have is a cement slab, a list of excuses, and a company totally unwilling to discuss a competition date. We regret ever paying these people in advance and pray that we have not been completely scammed out of our funds.
