Returns are always easy, and the cashiers are efficient and pleasant. I do shop this location periodically. It's about a 50/50 chance on whether the stock is orderly and organized. The worst area is usually the cosmetics and accessories (to the far right in the store). If you like to dig through the additional markdowns, it's not unusual to find items broken, sampled, etc. Same for the additional mark clothing; every once in a while those racks look more like thrift racks than clearance, but once you find that diamond in the rough it can be worth it. I do wish this location got more of the special occasion pieces, but either I always miss them or they go to different Rack locations. If you've got the time, it's a great place to find great prices on everything from budget-friendly brands to designer brands.

It's not uncommon to have difficulty finding assistance, finding sizes in the wrong place - specifically shoes, messy racks, clothes left in changing rooms, and a long checkout line moving at a snails pace. When shopping here I expect at least a 50% discount, but it's not uncommon to only find 25%-30% on discounted items. Even with these negatives, I've found great shoes and some clothing. They have a large selection of pretty much everything, even formal wear if you are looking for something for a special event. Lots of shoes too. The store is in a good location off the road so it is easy to pull in and out. Ample parking. Staff was nice and not pushy so I liked that. I was able to browse and look through everything. My only complaint here is pricing. Everything seemed to be priced too high in my opinion. They had nice stuff but let's face it, it's still used. And unlike other consignment shops where the price drops after the item has been there awhile, the prices here stay the same even though there are different color tags on the item. No wonder they have so much inventory! I definitely would have picked up a few things if I felt like I was getting a deal but the few things I liked would have cost me over 100 dollars. For me, the whole fun of shopping at these places is to get some great clothes at a great price. If you don't mind spending the money, they have a good selection of items and you should have no trouble finding a few things here to add to your wardrobe.

When I scheduled an appointment to pick up unsold items, they returned my items that had not reached the deadline for pickup. On another occasion, I dropped off designer items and when I inquired about the money from the item I was told I had missed the deadline and the item was donated . I don't believe that to be true. They had remarked how much they loved the item at drop off. I believe they kept the item . Just suspect that I never saw my items either times on the sales floor. Of course I paid the $10 fee , their gain, my loss, and picked up my items. BTW some still had the original tags on them, I had never worn the items. Purchased from high end stores. Disappointed.
