I've been to this little hardware store a few times and today was yet another trip. I needed to…read morepick up a couple painting supplies for a project I'm working on in this city. It's a small time hardware store with limited supplies....like one of many things....It took me awhile to compromise on what I was able to use for what I had to do, but they had it...lol of the four items, 2 were the only ones in stock....The people who work there are super nice and very helpful....This store has a bit of everything from usual hardware, to bicycles (there were two cool ass sun yellow crusiers on sale), lawnmowers, house flags (hpf...), cajun cookware, etc. It's not Lowe's or the Home Depot, but I still admire a local joint and try to buy local when I can. They had some cheap spray paint ;O that I may go pick up another day, but it looked a million years old......give it a look and always try to support local!

This is definitely NOT your big box home improvement center. If you ask the staff for a particular item, without hesitation they walk you to exactly where the item is located. I like that small town hospitality..... As an Artist, I find myself in hardware stores all the time and love that I can get a few needed items without driving into one of the bigger cities close by. They have a little bit of everything and will certainly have what you need to get the job done.....

We're both lifelong bookworms so this place is a must for both of us. I miss this place, there is no place in SW Florida like it. I miss the wonder of "what will I find when I walk in the bookstore?" this place has that "aura" to it. The bookstores here in SW Florida don't have that.
