I bid on a $500 services package at a charity auction. After speaking with owner, we agreed on the services to be provided and timing to be done in April. No work or communication. Finally came in late May but missed 2 beds after I paid for the Mulch on top of the $500 in services. 2 people were here for about an hour. Was supposed to show to complete the next week but never did and never replied to any further texts. Did not complete any of the other work agreed upon and didn't answer repeated texts/emails over the summer. Maybe their specialty is professional services but would never hire them for residental. A little bit of back story: I am getting married on November 4 at Haywood Hall in Downtown Raleigh. At the venue you have the option to have a custom brick put in the ground. This was one of the things that really appealed about this venue for us. We were excited to have something to come back to the venue years later and look at and remember our date. Southern Scapes is working on the landscaping at Haywood Hall. Last week I walked up to the venue and saw that my brick had been placed in the ground in a place other than the gazebo, which is where bricks in years prior have been placed. We really wanted our brick to be near the gazebo. I approached the staff that were working elsewhere on the property and asked if they would be able to relocate the brick. They immediately jumped in and took care of it! I was able to choose where I wanted the brick to be placed and they were more than accommodating for me. (really appreciate it! Means so much to us!) My fiance met me in Downtown for lunch today and he wanted to see the brick as well. While we were there we ran into another gentleman who works for Southern Scapes who shared with us all of the plans to really spruce up the place. We are so excited to see what this company does with the venue when our wedding comes around in just a month! read more

The most phenomenal landscaping company I have ever come across if you have a big industrial job that needs to be done these are definitely the guys the call prices are reasonable workers are hard and they do what it takes to get the job done to the best of their ability which is one heck of an outcome thank you southernscapes. read more
