Every month for four months they have knowingly charged my account for someone else's dumpster. The…read moreamount is over double of what I should be charged. I have notified them on multiple occasions but they can't seem to get it straight. I have the pictures they sent from their own trucks which proves that they are collecting someone else's dumpster. Absolutely the worst garbage service I have ever had…read more They have missed our pick up on regular trash, recycle trash and bulk garbage. I have tried talking with customer representatives and the guys picking up the garbage and I get different stories. I don't get a refund when they miss my garbage nor does someone run out and empty when we call. We are told they'll get it on the next pick up. This time the driver said there was pieces of plywood in the garbage and his boss "Miss Donna" said not to take it. I asked if I removed the plywood from the dumpster if he would take it. The driver said yes and he would be back around. I know y'all be shocked to hear this next part....he never came back around. He lied just like the bulk garbage driver lied and said,"oh we come every Friday and pick up bulk. He told me this as he fed a front door into the garbage truck. How the hell does a door that can't fit in the dumpster make it on the acceptable list but pieces of wood that fit in the dumpster aren't acceptable? Nothing more than a bunch of liars who take your money and fail to provide the service they promised. I hope the company does reach out. I'd like to know why the acceptable items changes week to week, why their drivers lie and why they keep skipping our house. Our kids live in the same subdivision. We have load led the garbage can with the same debris and set the same debris by the road and never have any problems. Is it because we are new to the subdivision? Same debris, same subdivision just a different house. All we get is excuses and no service, no cigarette, no kiss just screwed.
