She slammed the baskets on the floor and pushed them so hard clothes came out. Her and another woman doing buys acted so annoyed that they had to work. She also continued to do another buy in the middle of checking me in (I already had done the phone part) and helped other customers so I stood there,pregnant, forever because she had my ID. I won't sell if she is doing buys. Normally I have no problems.

We enjoy this store to find good baby clothes for our daughter. It has way better selection than…read morethe other second hand baby stores. We also typically find that the quality/cleanliness of the clothes is usually better here. Some of the other stores have pretty worn out clothes but here everything is *usually* pretty good quality. We also have people ask where we get such cute clothes for our baby and this store is to thank. The variety is much better than what you find in a department store that only sells Carter's and whatever else. More colors, styles, etc. We have never sold anything here so we cannot speak to that side of the store but I think some of the other reviews for this store are unwarranted. This place is clean and has good selection at amazingly cheap prices.

I was excited to find this kids' resale shop in Bentonville. I usually go to Once Upon A Child but…read morethought I would try this shop for reselling my kids' clothes and shoes. I had a huge basket full of clothes and shoes, most in excellent condition and some brand new shoes. Easily over 100 items. I sorted everything and dropped it off. They called me within 10-15 min and said they had already gone through everything, which seemed fast. I came back, and they did not take ANYTHING. Of all the consignment and resale store I have been to, this has never happened, especially with 100+ items! I asked why she did not take any and she said they only want Nike and similar brands for shoes, and that was her only explanation for anything. I feel like this was a complete waste of a drive from Fayetteville and all my time. I won't be back for resale again, and I don't recommend if they are that picky and don't even tell you why. HOWEVER, the store was quite large and had a large selection of kids' clothes and just about anything else for babies and kids. I did not look at prices but I will give them 3 stars for the nice stocked store and variety but not the resale experience.

While visiting my sister in Bentonville, Arkansas, we visited the lovely Pinnacle Hills Promenade…read moremall in nearby Rogers. I was surprised to find such a great array of beautiful stores and restaurants. I loved that it is an outdoor mall. All the stores open to the small streets, so that you could park right in front of each place. The architecture, layout, and landscaping are all very well-done. There were many nice shops including Lululemon, Athleta, Havertys Furniture, in addition to a great array of restaurants including Local Lime and PF Changs.

Brought my 5 year old to get some school uniforms and of course he has to go to the restrooms right…read morewhen we get there. Went to the restroom came right back and the door was locked. I called the store they said they closed at 7pm (it was 6:36pm). They said they were counting money and would come open the door. The young girl comes to the door doesn't say anything, unlocks the door and walks off. She was VERY rude, there were 3 staff members working all seemingly hating there job. Not help, not recognizing I am a paying customer and that customer service is mainly there entire job description. I almost didn't want to buy anything but it was freezing outside and the other uniform storm was not at the mall. Two thumbs down
