He didn't offer any medication or explain better ways to take care of my dog. Walked in and my dog was in distress with people holding her down and she was freaking out. She was almost dropped off the table. The vet held her mouth closed and head down as he poured tons of ear products down her ears. He also tried to tell me that my dog had a tumor that needed to be removed which isn't true and seemed to be trying to get money out of me. This place is cheap but is not worth it due to lack of help, direction, and politeness. Will not be returning.

She was on leash, they weren't. The brief skirmish left her with a rip in the left shoulder and a gigantic open wound where they tore the skin off her haunch. She required emergency surgery and a LOT of follow up care since we were treating a LARGE open wound. Dr. Gary Edwards was VERY kind and very professional and explained how the wound would heal. His use of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory meds, Manuka honey, and a cocktail of painkillers and CBD kept my dog from developing infection and minimized her pain. I held up my end by keeping her as quiet and clean as I could. She is eleven years old and a beloved pet who sleeps on our bed. We were in and out of the office frequently for two months and I was always pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of his staff. It's a busy office, but it's a happy office. They acted like they really cared about my dog. I highly recommend their services.
