where do I start the praises for Southern Title and most importantly Jenna Winslow! I had contacted 4 other title lawyers before Southen Title. All had either never called me back, gave incomplete info or just lied to my face. Jenna was my last resort and man was the wait worth it. I just needed info on what to do with a property my mother left in a trust for me. As i live in another state I was trying to sell and just didn't know what paperwork I needed. Jenna was not only courteous and prompt but answered EVERY question I asked with no mention of money for consultation! She was simply amazing! I used southern for several transactions and always had an issue with Karen. She did not send documents in a timely manner and some weren't filed at all. She does not respond to emails, no accountability, no apology. I complained several times and nothing happened so I suggest use another title company for your services. It will save you a lot of headache and annoyances read more
