Once he arrived he was very polite in person just like he was on the phone. We talked about what I wanted done and he got right to it and it rained on him while he was up on the roof trimming the limbs with his saw. He never complained about anything even when I asked him about a couple small limbs. It was always yes sir no sir. He put all the limbs on the curb as I asked even though if needed he would have hauled them away. He didn't even use a ladder to get on the roof because the tree was close enough that he went up that way. I had wanted to get some branches off the roof before we got a storm because they would have ripped the roof up. He did very well despite being rained on. Very hard working young man and a very respectful man and a reasonable price. Yes he does have a liability waiver so if something happens it's not on the homeowner. I definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future. Thanks for a job well done!
