This is the first time I have had my car serviced... Upon booking I was told there were no loan…read morecars available; however I would be dropped home. After going through my paperwork I was told that their were only scheduled drop offs.... After 45 minutes of sitting across from the service manager, who blamed new staff for the delay...I asked for my keys back. I have only agreed to leave my car with them as quality work and a reduced price were promised. trying to blame new staff shows is a reflection on management and their willingness to be accountable. Your only as good as the people who work for you.
