This started on August 9th when after I returned from work I came how to find the sign that my lawn treatment company had placed in my lawn had been shredded into my lawn and left there. I did not bring this to the attention of the ownership as this was the first issue I had with this company. On August 16th they again serviced my lawn. Upon inspection I noticed that the lawn was uncut, the lawn was rounded off at the corners in the rear of the property, and the property line was cut in a zig zag pattern. I brought this to the attention of the ownership who apologized and came out that Sunday to correct the problem. Today August 23rd I experienced the same issues with the property line and the rounding off of the cut in the rear of the property. Both of these issues I was assured were corrected and would not happen again. On their website it states that one of the reasons you should choose them is because "Many companies have poor communication skills, try to rope you into contracts for services you do not need, say they are coming to service your lawn and never show up, or simply mow and go, with no concern for the quality of the job they have done." Unfortunately, this "Mow and go" way of business has been used on my property for three weeks running and has led to the cancelling of my service.

We reached out to King of Lawn Care initially to get our lawn under control with hopes of…read moreeventually maintaining it on our own. After speaking with the office manager (she was great), she let us know that our area on Wednesdays. The first cut we had, was fine. It was expensive, but they stated it was because it was an overgrowth fee (double the price). We agreed and they cut our lawn. Downside of the first cut: We paid over $100 for them to spend 25 minutes at our property and to miss a few areas with the mower and miss a few spots with the weedeater. After this initial cut, we decided we wanted to bring them on for weekly lawn maintenance and agreed to the rate online. We did this on a Friday, so we expected our lawn to be cut the following week. On Wednesday PM when our lawn wasn't serviced, I called their line and the owner answered. He stated that typically our lawn would be serviced on Tuesday/Wednesday but moving forward we would be notified prior to service. He also stated that he would get to the lawn the next day (Thursday). Friday PM the lawn had still not been serviced so we called again and there was no answer, we left a message asking for a schedule and to ask if we would be charged an overgrowth fee since they haven't come out. Still waiting to hear back. We're okay if they don't want to service our lawn, but at least communicate that. Do not recommend.
