You can tell he is just passionate about what he does and wants to share his knowledge!!! After about 45 minutes we asked him if he had a custom built pc that would meet my son's needs and be in his price range. He was able to get me a quote for parts and labor, and let me know when he would have it done and that made me so happy.. I don't like to wait for orders online but he let me know he had some extra parts around that he was willing to throw into the deal.. and ultimately because I was so happy with his response time I was willing to pay him a little more.
