The carpet, for example, looks like it could use a good cleaning, and the outside seems to be screaming for a date with a power washer. Once you get past the look, the store delivers on being a reliable neighborhood drug store. The shelves are fully stocked, and they actually have a really great selection of certain items, like athletic braces. Maybe it's their proximity to the hospital up the street, but you can find braces and orthotics I haven't seen at other locations. On the flip side, the makeup section seems a bit on the thin side. The service at the pharmacy and from the employees is friendly, but not overly so. They won't remember your name, but they are helpful when needed.

I paid over $200 for the visit. $175 at time of visit and I was billed about 6 wks later an additional $50. Now that it's time to refill they are refusing saying I need to come in for another appointment and pay again. They lied to get me in and now trying to get more money from me while I'm still unemployed. I am 61ys old and need this medication as family history has proven I'm an a candidate for heart disease and stroke. I had the bloodwork done and submitted results and they aren't sticking to the original agreement

I was so upset with these folks! My 5yo daughter got sick while out of town so we stopped by the…read morewalk-in clinic in Zephyerhills on our way home to expedite getting her some meds. We were quickly seen at the clinic next door and prescribed amoxicillin. The asked where I wanted it called in and I asked if the pharmacy next door was quick and was told yes. So we transferred the scrip next door. I walked over and let them know what I was waiting for and was told it would be about 20 minutes. I hung out in the little store about 30 minutes and was told they just realized they didn't have enough amoxicillin to fill the script, that they could fill it as a partial. I told then fine, I could get her started and fill the rest at home. They said I'd have to fill the rest there. They knew we didn't live there! They asked if I wanted it transferred to the CVS around the corner... just to wait another hour?? We were on a time crunch and couldn't wait any longer. I was so upset I just left and had it transferred to my home city. How in the world do you not have enough of the most basic medication there is?!? So frustrated that they couldn't have let me know sooner while my daughter was miserable in the car.

My doctor sent my prescription to the Walmart pharmacy and I was told by my doctor it would be…read moreready in 20 minutes. When I went to pick up the prescription they told me they didn't have anything for me. I called my doctor and she said that they should have it and it wasn't a problem on her end and sent the prescription again. I called the Walmart pharmacy to confirm they had it before I went back. They said it would be ready at 5:30pm. When I went to pick it up they said they don't have the medication at all and they could order it and it would be here on February 3rd. It's January 29th and I can't go back to work until I have been on this medication for 24 hours. Then they told me that they can send it to another Walmart pharmacy 30 minutes away and it will be ready at 6:30pm. The Walmart pharmacy closes at 7pm. They didn't call me to tell me they didn't have the medication after they told me it would be ready at 5:30pm. They're wasting my time and gas.

The pharmacy brings down what is otherwise a great store. But I don't find myself shopping in a place like this unless I'm using their pharmacy and this one I just had one too many frustrating refills with.
