I originally went to another place in Jacksonville and left on the day of my surgery because of how rude and impatient they were while preparing me. I must disclose that I have a needle phobia so I was pretty nervous. So after my terrible experience at the other place I made my appointment with Dr.Meadows. During the consultation I told him about my bad previous experience and made it clear that I would be a nervous wreck because of my needle phobia but he was very genuine and explained that him and his staff would be as patient as I needed them to be. And true to his word, they were. On the day of surgery they explained every step all the way up until they put the iv in and I was fast asleep. During my follow up I had my stitches removed and I was in and out within 15 minutes. My experience here from beginning to end was amazing and I would def. recommend Dr.Meadows to anyone who is nervous about getting their wisdom teeth removed.

Still no explanation as to why I STILL do not have my money. They had zero issues taking my money. Why must I jump through hoops to get my money back??? And why can no one explain to me why it has taken over 3 months for me to get my money returned? I was hung up on and when I called back and tried to speak to the office manager, the girl that hung up on me got on the phone claiming to be the office manager.
