The prescription was very different. Richard at Riviera agreed to remake my glasses to the new Boots prescription. They were perfect. When I came back for fitting the owners Son , Bradley refused to fit them. He was so rude and arrogant. Wont be going back!!!

I had a small issue with fitment a week later becuase of "bedding in", I returned and Bradley adjusted them and no issues. I am definitely returning for my next test and dispense, I advise ANYONE who reads this to go to Riviera Eyewear, they are just brilliant and very knowledgeable. Such great value & quality.

It doesn't cost anything to join. Makro sells a bit of everything, really. Most things are in bulk, but they do have individual items too. If you need to buy things like washing powder, nappies, cooking items etc, then Makro is a good place to go as you will definitely save money. The main thing to remember is that you have to add 17.5% VAT to everything except food and kids clothes!

Within one day, they rang to say my paperwork was ready and now at the new store! I love the way they put me first, and they always ring when my contacts are in stock.

They are always full of the latest products, you can always find what you are looking for. The smell is also really lovely and it hits you as soon as you walk through the door. The products are indeed lovely, I have tried there bath bars, there shampoos and bath jellys but they are expensive. You can get similar items for a fraction of the price at Boots whcih is on the level below. But if you want a bit of luxury this is the place to go. I think more and more people are having more showers too and lots of there products seem more designed for Baths. Staff are always very friendly, I had to pay my usual visit after christmas to see what lovely goodies I could pick up with the money I was given I think a lovely touch is the popcorn they pack in the boxes to protect the goods instead of the usual paper that just ends up in the bin.

This now seems to be because the manager is paranoid about the risk of shoplifting. However they must lose a lot of sales precisely because there is no changing room. They say that you can try at home and return goods if they don't fit but you have to return within a week, which is sometimes difficult if you are working or live out of town. This is not a policy in all St Luke's shops - indeed most, if not all of their other shops let you try things on before you buy. I mentioned this to the manager of the Saltash shop and she became quite verbally aggressive towards me. A very arrogant woman whose attitude must deter a lot of people from ever returning there again, which is a pity because this charity needs and deserves all the support it can get.

The queues are usually pretty long downstairs, but you get there in the end. The pharmacy staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and will do what they can to help if you have questions. The used to have a cafe upstairs, and toilets you could use, but they appear to have gone now, which is a shame.
