It took them almost 2 years to come and look at it and by the time they came to look at the damages it was June of 2025. They came out and told us the owner would have to come look at these damages, he never came so we reached out again in October of 2025. The finally came out well over a year after we initially reached out. They said they wouldn't fix the damages because they were "caused by the hurricane". We told us we reached out in June of 2024 which was before the hurricane. He couldn't show us the "damages" from the hurricane. He refused to even look at the roof. He didn't get on the roof, couldn't show us the damages "caused from the hurricane" and completely refused to help at all. Told us to take him to court. Horrible company. Wouldn't recommend them. From the workmanship, to the people in the office, to the owners. They will do a bad job then refuse to help afterwards. The owner is extremely condescending and refused to help from the beginning.

All South put on a new roof in one day, cleaned up and picked up everything. Next, we had new windows and soffits installed. Next project was removing the cedar siding then hardie board installed. Last, the painters sealed all the joints and painted around the windows and painted the hardie board. Result was a brand new appearance for our 45+ year old home. So pleased with every aspect of the work that was done. All this was accomplished over a 10-11 day period, even working on a Saturday to stay on schedule. Each horse has a stall with turnout and a nice sized porch so they can hang out outside with cover. Crosby trimmed the metal roof, added a 50 ft header and installed a gutter and downspout. They came out and did a quick assessment and had the pricing ready in different price packages that I could mix and match. The difference is the discount you get based in what you want done. I needed gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation, roof debris removal, and home soft wash. It was 20% off the full pricing of getting each done individually. The process was quick and they did a good job with noticeable difference afterwards. No more green algae in the side of the house and the gutter guards have worked really well. I don't have a ton of experience with this stuff but I felt the pricing was fair. I've already recommended to a couple of friends. They are professional and courteous, stand by their product and work.

Side note (I'm not fat shaming or old shaming!!!! But a much MUCH larger much older gentleman has no business going up a ladder into my attic that has no support and he could barely breath. And didn't even make it up there). he comes in my door with at least an 8 foot ladder and says "I'll do my best not to mess up the walls". I laughed a bit and said "please and Thankyou. We just had them all painted." SIKE! At least 10 spots on my wall that the paint is chipped off, dented, or scuffed. He didn't not even apologize or acknowledge that he messed them up AT ALL. I brushed it off because when I lose it I LOSE IT! Took a deep breath and trucked on. I was telling him about another company that came out and quoted me and he proceeded to tell me he couldn't come near that price but their company was better. That's fine. Everyone thinks they are the best. That's business. Understandable. He kept going and I kept my mouth shut about the walls for as long as I could. He goes outside to look at the roof and said he had to meet up with a coworker later and he would give me a call. At this point I want him gone now! So I was very short but remained polite and told him to have a good day. I'll be in touch. So I go inside and go about my day. I'm sitting on my couch and here he goes walking by my window measuring my house. Then I lost it. I opened my door and said I don't want your business please leave! He laughed. I slammed the door. 3 minutes later he calls me. I answered and hung up and told him to leave my property now or I would make him come inside and fix my walls (I have paint). He finally left and I called my mother and explained everything. She was even more mad then me so she called the company. She said they were very apologetic and would fix the damage. She told me that they would call me ina few minutes and ask some questions etc. THEY NEVER CALLED . SO.... if you want more damage done to your house then what you called them to fix by all means call them. If not Young's roofing or Crosby is a safe bet. Didn't have any issues with their quote at all. Sorry for all the grammatical errors and what not. I'm upset. We just got our dream home with some minor fixes needed. And now we have more. YAY UPDATE: my husband decided to call them after they didn't return our call as promised. He stated that if I wanted them to come out and fix the damage, I started out on the wrong foot by writing this review.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I STARTED OUT ON THE WRONG FOOT?!?! So we hung up. Words can not describe my emotions right now. UPDATE #2. They called back. They want to resolve the issue. Great. That's awesome. But he kept mentioning this review and how he didn't want it here. So do they want it fixed for us? Or fixed for their reputation? Who knows??? Well on the phone my husband was asked "if we fix the damage will you consider changing/removing this review" THERES YOUR ANSWER........ we will be fixing it ourselves. It's not like it's an expensive or hard fix. No need to hire the original painters to come fix it. It can be fixed with paint and spackle. But that's besides the point. It's the integrity behind it or lack there of. So to the workers reading this. Don't bother calling us again... we don't want your business or your damage control. Here's my final review. And here it shall stay. My recommendation is work on your choice of wording when speaking to a customer, especially in a instance like this. OMG WHAT A BLESSING! CALL SOMEONE ELSE FOR YOUR NEEDS. I CANT ADVERTISE THE BUSINESS HERE OR THEY CAN REPORT THE REVIEW. THEY CAME OUT ALREADY. SAME DAY. AND TEMPORARILY FIXED THE LEAKING PIPE BOOT UNTIL IT DRIES AND CAN BE FULLY FIXED/REPLACED. We had roof damage following a storm and RCS was the first number we called. They came out quickly…read moreand tarped our roof. However since that day they have strung us along with timelines, promising us again and again that the estimate would be "done tomorrow", work will "start tomorrow", "I'll be out there tomorrow", etc this went on for weeks. When they finally did patch the roof it was terrible and they didn't address any of the other damage to the house. We expressed our concerns and they went silent for days. If all you need is a tarp put on your roof then call them but you can't count on them for anything else. Their communication and work quality is terrible.
