They even have an accredited preschool class. My daughter went there and was absolutely ready for kindergarten. She was blending sounds together while in their Pre-K class. She was reading before I knew it. Infant rooms and one year old rooms you get a paper explaining their day, bottles, naps, etc. Two year olds and up bring home daily folders with their behavior charts and classwork. The director and employees communicate very well with the parents by use of folders, phone call, or in person. There is always a smiling person at the door to greet you. Signing in and out your child is secure. The doors are always locked. I have personally sent both of my children to them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for loving care and good education for their child.

The staff is highly unprofessional and appears to lack the training necessary to properly care for and educate young children. The teachers show very little patience and often seem frustrated with the children rather than supportive and encouraging. There were also instances where I felt staff members misrepresented situations involving children's behavior, which made it difficult to trust what I was being told. Instead of providing engaging educational activities, children spend an excessive amount of time watching television. There seems to be very little focus on learning, development, or meaningful interaction. Parents send their children to daycare expecting growth, structure, and enrichment, and I did not see those things being prioritized here. The facility itself is outdated and poorly maintained. The playground equipment is old and in need of significant updates, and the overall environment does not reflect a place that is invested in providing a quality experience for children. Perhaps most concerning was the attitude of some staff members. I found several teachers to be unfriendly and disrespectful not only toward the children but toward parents as well. A daycare should be a welcoming, nurturing environment where families feel comfortable and children feel supported. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on what I witnessed, I cannot recommend this daycare and believe substantial changes in staffing, training, professionalism, and educational programming are needed.
