We are small business owners and just getting started we are even using their card swipe. Long story short they are very quick to charge an overdraft fee there is no pending or pay by the next business day it is just taken out and penalty done at same time. We have called numerous banks and ALL of them have a next business day policy. If you just starting a business and have to move money around this is One bank I would stay away from as they impose that penalty the second it goes under even a dollar

Even if they are not working the teller line I'm in, they make a point of speaking and asking how I have been. From opening accounts to getting loans, this team has put forth every effort to help me through the process. I can also say that while I was in the branch decorating their Christmas tree, I got to witness first hand how rude and hateful some customers can be to them when they have to follow the guidelines set for them on cashing checks etc. The team went above and beyond to try and resolve issues so the customer would be happy, despite how ugly they had been treated in public. I went home that evening and told my family, "I don't know how those ladies & gentlemen do what they do on a daily basis". So, us (the general public) needs to always keep in mind the rules and procedures are their to safe guard us and our money, and it is their job to implement them. I hate to give this entire bank a 1 star rating because all of the employees there are polite and…read moreprovide excellent customer service...but it's always the one rotten apple who spoils the barrel and in this case it is the assist mgr, Trisha Bell. My wife and I recently had to change our account details due to suspected fraud. I was having some difficulty understanding the transition process (I don't do this every day...thank goodness). Ms Bell was assisting with the process but right from the beginning we found her to be curt, rude and condescending. Today I asked a question that I had asked several times before (I am a super busy person with my business and some things just don't sink in right away) and her tone when she answered was totally condescending. In a nice but very direct way I said "Tricia...please don't talk to me like I am one of your children". With that she answered...(you will NOT believe this) ...."if you were you would have understood this weeks ago". I was utterly shocked. I could not believe my ears. I asked to talk to the manager, her boss, Julie, and she was wonderful and totally apologetic. But no one can touch Trisha as she is protected.... In any business I have run over the years I would have dismissed an employee on the spot if I knew this exchange went down, but in Trisha's case I don't think they can even give her a letter of reprimand. I won't be taking my business elsewhere as I see this as an isolated incident with one horribly rude and arrogant employee...but the bank gets one star for not telling her to pack her bags and move on, protected or not. Where is Elon when I need him most! .

Believe it or not, my auto pay banking paid my property taxes early and it took months to…read morestraighten out. Fortunately for me Ana is at the helm and knew exactly how to direct me. My lesson is learned, don't auto pay your property taxes, as that may come out before the bill is sent and it will mess up the accounting. However, I have to say it is a pure delight not having to run to Conway every time the bank said the money was at the bank and the bank said the money was there. This office is conveniently located off Holmestown Road and they even have a drive up window. If you have an issue, Ana is the woman to see.

After sitting for about 10 minutes, my car wouldn't start! A couple minutes after panicking and trying to crank it, four to five employees approached my vehicle, from the side office, to ask if I needed assistance. I wish I had gotten atleast one of their names! They jumped my car's battery and I was able to make it home. Going out of their way to help was appreciated beyond measure. Thank you!! I had purchased my first auto policy with Progressive following our move from another state…read more Towards the end of the policy period I found a better rate with another insurer and when I called and spoke to the Progressive representative to cancel my policy I was told that this would not be a problem and my remaining 30 day premium would be refunded. While this was true I also was charged $75 to cancel the policy with only 30 days remaining. Although I was given an apology by a Progressive supervisor saying that their rep should have advised me of the fee before cancellation they would not restore the $75 fee. I certainly don't think they acted in good faith in regard to this issue. If by sharing this development can help anyone out there considering canceling a policy with Progressive you've now been advised.
