I have always received exceptional service, be it inside the bank or the drive thru. The only issues I have with them to date are that I can no longer rent a car with my debit card and that the Homestead branch is now closed on Saturdays. Otherwise I would've given them 5 stars.

I have been a Chase Banking customer for 10+ years, and I have never had an issue at any branch…read morelocation. This location is now my home location, being the closest to y house. Conveniently located in a corner surround by three other busy corners full of shops, restaurants and service stations. The Florida Turnpike is less than 1 minute away to it's immediate West and North. I like to use the walk in ATM inside the front lobby and I like the door lock system that unlocks using your ATM card. I've never had any safety issues, coming here day or night. I was just there today to complete a transaction (7/17/17) and I noticed a manger attempting to help a mother and son, clearly after business hours. Of course they spoke through locked doors but he could not given them the time of day either. Great jobs guys! Because you did that without knowing if anyone was observing it.

When I arrived ahead was finishing up with a customer. She put the sign that she was going to return. She was due for her break. She said she'd return in 15 minuted. I thought it was understandable. I waited and it was way more than 15 minutes. I'd more like 30. Which is okay. However she had no sense of attending to me. There was another couple waiting alongside me who mentioned they had been there 2 other times and there was no one at the counter. This time thwy waited pretty much the time I was there. I am hoping that when I return I will receive my charge. Note. I understand it is a small amount. However it is still $4.25 that I did not authorize the company to keep.

I wouldn't recommend this site if you're in a hurry just incase , you don't want to be caught with a line and only two tellers. Wells Fargo a block down does give this bank a run for its money as for location and size.

Today, we walked in and sat down in the waiting area. There was no one there to greet us. We assumed someone would ask us if we needed help or something because at our usual branch that is how it always is. Nothing. Sat for 25 minutes before my husband got up and asked a lady for help. She asked if we had an appointment. We didn't have one and she said that we needed one. I'm sorry, no where in the branch does it say by appointment only. No sign, nothing. My husband said this is the second time we've come, could you please help us. The lady said ok let me see if I can get someone. We waited 10 more minutes and left. I'm sorry but when you're used to being greeted and acknowledged by a friendly person when you walk into your bank where you have been banking for the last 16 years and then you walk into this branch where not one person says hello, acknowledges that you are there waiting, and is rude WOW it really makes me appreciate the Pinecrest branch. If you're only accepting appointments, you should probably advertise that instead of having your customers sit in the waiting area to then be told that you need an appointment after having to find someone and ask for help.
