And the next one available was in three hours. The bank had three employees and only one was busy. So I walked out and won't go back again. In addition, I will close both my Chase Savings and Checking accounts. I really don't want to do business with a bank where I need an appointment to walk into the lobby. The staff appeared unprofessional, disorganized, and poorly trained, as if they were picked up off the street, creating an environment that reflected a serious lack of operational standards and intelligence. The overall atmosphere of the branch felt chaotic and inefficient, more comparable to a crowded DMV than a professional financial institution. For a bank entrusted with customers' time and money, I expected competence, professionalism, and leadership -- NONE of which were demonstrated during my visit.

It took over a week for this bank to cash my check due to poor communication. I had a check from my job that Wells did not know how to read, so instead of giving me the check back to take to the bank who issued the check they tried to deposit it and then flag my check. This process took over a week to fix. I only could think about what if I was in need and this could have been real bad. The people in branch were nice but nice don't pay bills. Fraud department service and over the phone service all need to be let go from the job or need two months of training. I have been able to save 5 people from going to this bank and I hope to save more. Bank with Regions its a better bank. If a bank can not read checks its not the bank I want to be at. Stay away
