My first set of counters had two different sheens which should have been caught by both the manufacturer and installer. I opted to get it fixed because I shouldn't have to settle. The second set of counters were miscut, which the installer saw and said it could be fixed by paint. Dan did offer to remake one of the counters but it would have extended the counter past the backsplash...something I have never seen. I settled for a modest discount as I didn't see a way forward since both the manufacturer and installer do not care about quality. I thought I could find a company to come out to fix the issues, but I'm left with a substandard project. Dan Good may be great on other types of counters but I would not use them for laminate countertops.

The roof was leaking so it was a necessity. I had 5 roofers give me estimates, most within the same price range, but no one would call back, or get me on the schedule. Finally I reached a live person at Bow Tie!! within days I had the estimate resolved, signed and sent a deposit. I was finally put on the schedule!! Hooray! even if I had to wait until November, at least this was progress. Surprise, surprise, I get a text saying they received the check, and could they start work? Very punctual. Project was completed ahead of schedule.. The deck still showed some of the old color in the creases, and was damaged by rain right after completion. He sent his team back out to make it perfect. Additionally, he sent them out one additional time to paint a couple of down spouts (I know what they are technically called now) after they had been reinstalled. (Had a new roof put on.)
