I reached out to get a survey quote for an underwriting requirement for a client as they did not have or lost their survey. I looked online and my search resulted in nothing from the county. I did an internet search and found Goodman Land Surveying. I spoke to Brittnee and John. They said a full survey may not be needed but to try using what they found online which I was unable to. From what was sent, it should work saving this client thousands of dollars. When asked what I owe them for the work, John commented "absolutely Zero, Ill have Brittnee email it over shortly". He charged $300 for the repair of a leaky skylight and $50 for the repair of a carpet tear. After dumping him for charging us other fees for work that was never authorized by us, we found out that the skylight still leaked and we had to pay another $250 to actually have it repaired and the carpet repair amounted to his applying duct tape. Add to this the fact that you will never see your rent payment until the the 25th of the month (if you are lucky) and you've got bad news all around. Don't use him to manage your properties at any cost.
