    Pedicure after two days

This salon used to be my go to! Service had been phenomenal...until it wasn't. My most recent pedicure was July 2, 2025. The initial service day was fine...just a quick pedicure before vacation. But that same night, one toe's polish completely peeled off. I went back the next day to fix. They couldn't find my original color. My thought is it was trashed because the lady who did the initial polish had to add acetone to it. I've seen it done before, so I didn't think too much of it. Hindsight: polish was probably old. The available man who repolished my toes tried another polish that he said was close. It was not. He ended up repolishing all toes so they'd match. Well, one day into my vacation, I'm missing a few more toes of polish. Hadn't even hit the beach or pool yet! *This was not a gel pedi.* I'm home now and my first order of business was to remove this polish. Even with pure acetone, the color has stained my toenails. Time to find a new spot.

I got a nail dip from the salon for the first time ever. After about a week there was a notable gap from the base of the nail in my finger so I decided that I was going to just fill that in myself with some gold nail polish that I had at home. Google said that a nail dip should last for 2 weeks at the bare minimum and it only been one. By the end of week two some polish was no longer at the tip of some of my nails.

I don't reccomend this shop to anyone u less you are getting a simple, regular nail paint. I got acrylic nails NOT LONG very short, The lady doing my nails did not prep my nails, she just got tips and glued them to my tips with out testing to see if they fit my nails. This process took about 40 minutes because she kept putting the wrong sizes on my nails with glue and had to consistently pull them off. THEN while filing that down the tips kept falling off because she didn't glue it correctly. When I reminded her i wanted my toes done too she rolled her eyes and was obviously irritated i wanted more service. The vibe in there was VERY OFF everyone was rude and judgy. It's been 2 days since i got them don't and basically all my nails are gone. The lady kept trying to convince me to not get french tip because is was going to take her longer. Terrible Service!

This is the inspiration set that was showed to Lily, to which she confirmed that she could do.

Good pics on Yelp, poor communication and treatment/ hospitality…read more. I called to schedule an appointment to ensure they had time for me and they answered yes. I walked in, was rushed to pick a color instead of greeted. Said I could grab some water, which was nice. The mumbling in Viet started as soon as I sat down, could really make you feel out of place. (Just because someone doesn't know the language doesn't mean they don't hear the tone and can pick up on context.) Cut me twice, apologized, and a couple other hiccups that I won't bother to mention. She lightened up throughout time, but I may have to give it a second thought before going again.. I still tipped well because the actual nails came out good. (My total ~$96.00)Not to my like, as she was not easy to tell what I wanted done. Lady came in right to the end of my service with an appointment, and needed to get acetone removed from her hands that lady doing my nails had wrapped in foil and said, "excuse me- can you--" (I'm sure her hands were either hurting or were uncomfortable), and lady doing my nails interrupted her loudly in front of the whole salon, to say she's almost done with me. I felt terrible for her since she had an appointment on top of that. The fact that there's a lot of competitors for you (Nova nails) should push you to improve in timing and care with how you talk to clients and be careful about what you say you can and can not do for a service. I'm still looking for a place that is both well at communicating with clients, and has the skill set for an awesome set. Please remember to treat people kindly. How you make someone feel is really important.

It shouldn't be this hard to get, and keep my nails done…read more Most of the nail technicians in here are (artistically) talented, however it's SO HARD to make an appointment. I have shared my concerns with the owner and asked her to implement an online scheduling system. She expressed reservations due to the fact that customers may not know what they want, booking one service online and then coming in expecting another. It's a shame to have such a valuable and sought-after product, but simultaneously making it so difficult for customers to get their hands on that product. Booking an appointment has become somewhat of a guessing game. I give them a date and a time of my desired appointment. They tell me that my preferred nail tech is not available, but NEVER say UNTIL WHEN. So I throw out another date. Same thing: Not available. On and on it goes. Instead of providing me with options (namely, telling me the next available date for my preferred nail tech, or other nail techs who have availability at that same day and time), they repeat what they don't have available, or ask me to blindly pick another nail tech that I've never worked with (I don't even know their names because I've never worked with them, so how can I be expected to pick them?). So I'm expected to be both psychic and memorize the roster of the staff here... Just to get an appointment?! In order to book appointments I had to call multiple times over multiple days until someone was able to give me enough information to book an appointment, reach out to the owner on Instagram, and even drive all the way to the nail salon.... JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I tried to make an appointment prior to the holidays before everything got booked up. Myself and another customer stood in line for at least 20 minutes in a practically empty nail salon while the owner's mother did someone's nails before she finally addressed us. Even then, she only handed us a register paper and told us to write down what services we wanted and when we wanted to come in, telling us that someone would call us to confirm (which never happened, by the way). We could have saved a lot of time if she had just asked us to do that and leave the paper on the counter while she finished her customer. After waiting 3 days, I finally called the salon and was told that they did not have my appointment request. Not surprising, given that it was scribbled on a piece of receipt paper that was given to me. Somebody probably threw away thinking that it was trash without following up. I tried to book my next two appointments to avoid this headache and was told that in order to book an appointment with my preferred nail tech, I now have to follow her on social media and DM her to try to book an appointment with her there. REALLY?! Instead of scraps of paper, or having to stalk somebody on Instagram, why not keep an old school appointment book, or even one online? It's really not that hard. These nail techs are also not great with time management. Many of my appointments have had to be rescheduled... For the middle of my work day. (Thank goodness for remote work) One of the (now former) nail techs completely forgot about my appointment and passed me off to somebody else without even acknowledging me or her oversight. Another nail tech pressured me into making an appointment earlier than I wanted, only for her to show up 45 minutes after the appointed time. No phone call, no update, no communication whatsoever. Just me sitting there wondering if this was another canceled appointment that they forgot to communicate to me. I say "another" because I had an appointment with the same technician that she canceled, but the salon did not leave me a message to let me know. The only way I found out is because I wanted to add something onto my existing appointment and when I called the salon, I was told that I no longer had an appointment because that person decided not to work that day. In addition to horrendous time management and the hoops you have to jump through to get an appointment, the nail retention is also poor... And ultimately that's why I chose to get my services done elsewhere. Like I said, artistically some of these nail techs do a good job, but in terms of actual quality of work... Not so much. I tried to make it work, because finding a new nail salon can be a pain. However, I started experiencing substantial lifting of my nails after practically every appointment. At one point, I even developed nail fungus under my acrylic, which one of the nail techs ignored completely and just covered with acrylic, and another who tried to tell me "That's not nail fungus, it's bacteria". Whatever it is, it's not supposed to be under my nails... And it wouldn't be if the work was done correctly. Aesthetically, this is one of the nicer looking nail salons in the area, but looks are deceiving. This salon presents a lot of challenges from a booking, customer service, and quality of work perspective.

Overall, I think that they did a pretty good job on the actual painting of my nails. As in, the paint with even without bubbles, etc. That said, The gel on my toes did not last. And two nails in my fill/full set. (Had them since March with no issues) started to lift at the base of the nail. This happened within a week and a half. My big toe polish chipped in about four days. This was before any type of yoga, working out, anything. I also have become very accustomed to the woman who typically does my pedicure is being very thorough with removing ingrown, excess skin, calluses, etc. I definitely found myself wanting more from the callous removal. However, when I most appreciated was the fact that I picked a color that didn't end up looking good on the nail, and my nail tech convinced me to get something better. I'm glad she did because I was super on the fence about it. Also, it's worth noting that this place was absolutely packed on Friday afternoon.

I look forward to getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks as long as it's with Poli. The only issue I've ever had was when my nail chipped the same day I got them done, but I went back to the shopping center for something else and stopped by to see if anyone could fix it. Poli took care of it even though she was very busy ( it was a Saturday) no charge. Great customer service and Do (the gentleman usually up front) always plays my favorite songs when he's there

I came at a time when it wasn't busy so I'm sure it played a part but she is very neat. She doesn't talk much, very quiet and professional (the way I prefer). Few things to note, 1. They need to replace that soggy couch in the front where people are waiting to be served. Sorry, I had to say it lol. 2. Overall the establishment is neat, but I do feel their sanitary practices could be a tad bit better like any other nail salon. 3. It's better to come in the morning, if possible. 4. I'm not a fan of the space used for massages. It's giving very much so storage space turned it to a lab room. I can't relax in there. Feels cranky and dingy. 5. There is one particular employee that loves wearing mini skirts and she is quite fashionable. I typically don't bother myself with what people choose to wear but when she has to bend down or squat to do your pedicure, best believe you will see her choice of underwear for that day. 6. My worst experience has been with the male nail techs. No bias here. But one burned my hand with the steam for the removal of the nail dip. Also the guys typically rush through the pedicure process and I feel like I don't get full experience.

I called at 1 PM and asked to schedule an appointment for 2 pedicures at 5 PM. The employee told me no problem please come at 5 then. Upon arriving the shop was bustling and busy but we waited after checking in. It took until 5:40 to be placed in a chair and then at 5:55 with my feet still soaking I asked how long would the pedicure take? They told me 45 min but I had to leave by 6:15-6:20 so I told them I'd have to go instead of getting my toes done. No one had set up. No one had spoken to me about the service. They put me in a chair and had my feet soaking when I said I needed to go. I promptly offered to pay for just the soak because I had a time constraint and had to go. It is now 6:05 and the service hasn't been started. Immediately the woman who owns the shop was rude and standoffish when I said I had to go, again I called about coming at 5 AND offered to pay for the soak. She just grunted and didn't respond then proceeded to loudly and obviously begin talking about me to her coworkers about my asking to leave (including pointing at me). Taking my feet out the soak I asked for a towel. She grabbed the used, dirty towel someone had just left on the next chair over then just threw it on the floor. DISGUSTING. I was happy to pay for the soak and come back the next day when I had time. Now I'll never be back. Dirty and rude. Highly recommend skipping out of coming here.
