I came here for eyelash perm service and met Jordan. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. The place has a great vibe and plays cool music. Jordan was very gentle while working on my eyelashes and kept me well informed with the process. I was so happy with the result of my eyelash perm. The curl of my lashes looked so natural and not over dramatic. All I needed to do was to add mascara. I wish I took a photo to showcase the amazing work of Jordan. I have been to several other eyebrow/eyelash places out of state but this place provides an outstanding service. I highly recommend coming here for eyebrows/eyelashes appointments.

Their tanning facilities are the best in town, you pay a bit higher price but they have the quality to back it up. They have little extras, like single-sized cups of professional tanning lotion for $2 if you want to try it out, and bungee cords you can hold onto in the tanning booths to make sure your underarm/side area gets tanned evenly (as opposed to having to stand there holding your arms up without support, which is very uncomfortable). It seems like they've put a lot of thought into it, the space is pleasant and almost all of the staff I met were friendly. The first time I went there however, I did not have a nice experience (That time wasn't for a tan...I was going to book a hair appt and decided not to). The owner was the one who greeted me, and she had a really snotty, patronizing attitude. However, none of the other staff have treated me like that, so as long as I never have another experience like the first time, I will be back. If I ever get treated like that again, I won't be.

I did not have a good experience. - The staff was rude &…read moreoutright hostile - My polish got smeared and they grudgingly fixed it after being asked to do it - I booked for 2, but the person I came with was made to wait - I was told here is your buffer & nail file set, keep it or be charged $8 next time for not bringing it - When I opened this set a few months later, the set had become funky smelling and I had to toss it. Seems like it's a scam to charge you an extra $8 - There was something unprofessional playing on TV, I believe it was youtube clips of people falling and hurting themselves - When I asked for a little more calluses to be removed the woman angrily said I should moisturize my feet instead and then she aggressively accused me of planning to write a bad review - It was not my plan to write a bad review and I do generally have better things to do, however when that nail buffer set turned funky it was the last straw - I told the person I went with to toss their nail set too - On that day we both said we'd never go back
