Both my daughters and my massage therapists (Chris and Sarah) were excellent! They focused exactly where was needed for a comforting and very therapeutic session. The ambiance was nice however for such a massive hotel, the ladies lounge is very small. The area to sit and wait for your services is 4 chairs with some water and hot tea. There is the option of the co ed tea room which is larger and offered a variety of nuts to snack on. Absolutely LOVED the Rainforest Showers... pretty high tech but quite a nice addition to your spa experience. Overall, a very pleasant time.

The decor and vibe definitely lends itself an air of relaxation so you can focus on being pampered! Location: Old Dixie Hwy off Osceola Pkwy. Super easy to find. I believe they share the building with a construction business and a barber shop. They do have a private parking lot, and I was able to get a space no problem. They also offered my choice of beverages during my service. I got the sweet soul pedi. There were ao many options to chose from in herbals and aromatherapy. I ended up doing the new year pedi. At the end of pedi, they did hot stone massage and paraffin. The price was very reasonable for the service that I received. I will definitely be coming back.

My daughter got her nails done first she kept on telling her she was hurting her and kept on pulling her hand back from the pain from the nail drill she kept on doing the same thing and never apologized, the nails were very clumpy and messy, she wanted colorful French nails. My daughter then showed me how uneven her nails were, we told Kathy and she said " some of her nail beds are longer" and never offered to fix it. Then it was my turn she started by drilling my nails which was very painful and she never apologized, then I asked her if she could fill in a part of my nail which had no acrylic she said "it's ok, nothing is wrong" after asking again she then rudely filled in my nail and pushed away my hand after she was done she said "make sure everything is good before I continue" rudely, I did. Afterwards I looked at my nails and I noticed that they were bumpy and looked unprofessional. Never going back here again, I would not recommend going to this salon worst experience ever!!
