Decided to do my nails before I went on vacation and get my eyebrows done. The technician did a good job on my nails and brows. The salon is decorated nicely and have plenty of chairs for nails and pedicures. My only concern/complaint is the table they use to do eyebrows. It was just way too hard and she didn't give a towel to cover my legs since I had a dress on. They should replace the tables with chairs. read more

This was new place for me --I received a birthday gift certificate for a basic manicure and when the gifter purchased it she was told that I would receive a buff and massage-- it took about ten minutes and the tech did not offer any other amenities-- nor did she buff and polish or lotion my hand or arms -- I was disappointed-- also my sisters were getting additional services and the 10% new customer coupon is not honored -- be warned. read more

I am a regular when it comes to keeping up with my nails and let me tell you this is NOT the place to go. They have affordable prices but other than that I don't quite have much more to compliment. They did an awful job on my manicure which took forever to begin with. I had to correct her multiple times and ask her to fix so many things. Additionally, their color options are...lacking. I could barely find two let alone 1 color that was really in season. The icing on the cake was when I went to check out and showed them my yelp check in for a 10% discount and she looked at me like I was crazy and then told me that promo expired a year ago. Maybe it would be a good idea to take it down then rather then. On top of this she charged me $3 extra on my manicure when the menu price was clearly listed on their board in the shop. They are BETTER than most. Some techs are a little faster than others. Reasonable price. I have never had a set of nails that I am not happy with. They do a GREAT JOB with kids. My daughter loves getting a mani/pedi there. I drive an extra 4 miles out of my way to go to spa nails. read more

I got my nails done for an event here and I DID NOT GET WHAT I WANTED-- I asked for a full set shaped to coffin in the "put it in neutral" color...... they gave me nothing close. I attached pictures of what I wanted vs what I was given. I even kept asking and showing the picture and the lady said yes it will look like the picture... wrong. And after it all I said this is not close to what I asked for she AGREED IT WAS NOT. then she still said I should pay for it in full and when I had a problem with that she proceeded to raise her voice at me and tell me to sit back down for some reason... needless to say I have not been back nor will I ever and I tell everyone I know about my experience. read more

I HATE having to find new salons-since we moved to Ft. Polk I've struggled finding a salon with good reviews in the area. Spa nails has excellent reviews in Google and ok reviews on yelp. I was willing to give it a try so I trekked the 45 mind up to Alex & gave this place a whirl. When I got there around 1:30 on a sunday it was really busy! I will be back. I paid $25 (which included a tip) to get a gel mani. The man who did my manicure was quick & efficient. We didn't have any small talk (which I am actually really happy about) :D This nail salon isn't going to provide you with a luxurious, spa like experience-BUT they will provide you with good work for a low cost! I'm pleased that I found a salon I was happy with in my first try! When I get my nails redone I'll try a pedi as well! read more

First time here and plenty of people working, prompt, and very good with my thick natural nails. The music was soft, I got a short shoulder massage and I had a relaxing foot and calf massage. But this spa was clean, well equipped, and the staff is efficient. $37 for a mani-pedi including foot, hand, and neck massage. They did a good job and everyone in my group was pleased. Nice massage chairs while the feet are soaking. Only thing I would change is if they can somehow lower the lights so make a more relaxing environment. read more

I have never had a good experience at this nail salon. Although, I've given it multiple attempts to try again. The salon is super popular, so I understand that waiting on someone to work on ur nails/ feet is expected and I completely understand. However, I walked In and my water for my pedicure was ran completely with cold water. I politely asked him if he could fix it. And he didn't even look at me, but just ran hot water over it for a few seconds. And I was trying to start a conversation to let him know it was running cold. After waiting 30 minutes , he still was painting toes. I do find it a little ridiculous that there was only one person working and he spent 30 mins just on one coat on the same customer. I ended up leaving. Do NOT recommend this salon to anyone! read more

OK gel mani pedi for the money but the staff was rude and it wasn't crazy busy either. The man who did my gel mani questioned why I wanted my nails cut down, he thought they were short enough, then the gel looked light so I asked for 3 coats so he did that and when he was done he squirted purple oil on my hands and told me I was done. No massage, very rude. I am a regular at OMG Nails but it was Sunday and I needed to get my nails done for tonight. I will continue to be a client at OMG, a little more expensive, a little more of a wait but the nicest, most courteous staff ever and they do a better job so it's well worth it. Hi I had got my feet done and nails and it wasn't pleasant. I try to tell the pedicure women and she couldn't understand me and ignores me. She was being rude and I can tell she and the little girl that's running around was talking bad and laughing about me and others the whole time.[The tone of voice and face expression gives it off] as well the lady in the wheelchair, she needs to stop telling people to vote for Trump! That is a very Distasteful subject to talk about, and she keeps on it's gonna be a problem. what was funny was how when you ask her the first question about Trump, she don't a damn thing . Honey if you wanna talk about somebody, do your research first. She just need to worry about her own business and just do her job! I went yesterday for a Pedicure, and a little while after i left, the side of my toe nail started to hurt, now this morning is red and kinda swollen & can't even walk without hurting. I been putting some antibacterial spray, i hope it doesn't get too bad. I don't know if its like an infection or what but i dislike that i had to pay for something that would be hurting me later. I've never had such rude and terrible service like I did when I came here. I only came to this location because I had a gift card. The lady that did my nails, first of all was very rude, she would talk over me and interrupt me when I tried to tell her what I wanted. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted, and it was very simple. I just wanted a French manicure but I wanted them short, when I told her that I wanted them short she cut them but I wanted them just a little shorter and she proceeded to tell me no, that I did not want short nails, it would look natural and that I wanted nails. That's exactly what she said and she just refused to cut them any shorter. She was in a hurry, she didn't even fully cover some of my nails with the top coat. I also came in 2 hours before they closed but she treated me like I came in 5 minutes before they closed. I will not be returning here, even though I have a few dollars left on my gift card, I'll just give it to a friend or something for them to use.
