I dont think they like Americans I gave her a $15 tip, she scorned & sucked in her teeth & said, "No! I want 20!" She was so negative. I search on yelp and decided to spend my lunch break here. Got painful for few days. The stuff was very accommodating and asked me gently if the pressure was ok. She started with my head applied my whole body with normal pressure around 30s. Her hands are quite soft but firm. I would like to stay more but I have to go back work. This place is AWFUL. I work in healthcare so I'm constantly on the look out for massages. With that being said, I have experience of what a typical massage SHOULD be. I had a male masseuse who was blatantly creepy. He started massaging my shoulders then did my whole buttocks for a few minutes. I thought this was strange but maybe it was a thing? But then, he pulled my towel well below my buttocks to massage my upper body. There was absolutely NO MODESTY! Typically, masseuse's place the towel right above the sacrum and tucked in your underwear with VERY little exposure. Then, once he got to my legs, again he essentially left the whole towel open on my side, exposing my buttock and that whole area. I can't even write about it I'm disgusted. Fantastic place for high quality massage. My massage therapist was Anna. Excellent and attentive. I told her about a few issues I had and she focused on exactly what I needed. I arrived back at my hotel feeling great. I only wish I had left a larger tip. Even though their special deal was 55 dollars for 80 minutes, I think I should've tipped based on the normal retail price. At least $20. I left $15. Suggest others consider that when you tip. The accommodations were clean, though you can hear others as there are only very thin boundaries between massage areas. All in all a great experience and terrific value. I will be back. read more

Seeing all the reviews I thought I'd check it out. They were able to accommodate a walk in which was great. I had requested a 60 minute massage however towards the middle the masseuse asked if I wanted a foot massage and I said sure. Afterwards they told me I would have to pay the 80 minute rate because of that. Which is ridiculous because they didn't say it would be more as I requested the 60 minute massage in the first place. The masseuse was very rough also, I left pretty sore afterwards and wasn't enjoyable during it. Lastly when I tipped the masseuse they asked for more by pointing to the price then pointing to their hand which was absurd. This spa has been consistently amazing. Every masseuse I've gotten here has been professional and has paid close attention to what they're doing. They're definitely know what they're doing. They have always asked if the pressure is OK/what areas they should focus on. Only downside is that last time I went, the room I was in had a strange humming sound coming from the heater and was a little dirty on the floor corners, but I got used to the sound over the course of the massage and it didn't bother me. The building is old but they manage to keep the equipment/towels very clean, which is what matters. Love this place! I will think twice before I try any other spa. read more

Would give 0 star if possible. Been a long time customer at this place for while, this will be my last visit here. Not sure if management or staff changed but my experience here today is terrible. Initially i wanted to pay by card because I only have limited cash and needed to use the cash later on. I knew there is tax when I use the card, and the staff told me there will be tax added. However there is also a random additional surcharge in addition to the tax. When I first pointed it out to the staff, he was like " that's just the tax", upon further question additional staff came out of the room to tell me that it is an additional charge they decided to just add. After I see that the price after tax and random charge is a lot more than with cash, I asked to pay in cash instead. However they won't cancel the transaction, and told me " what's the big deal? it's just a few dollars, surely you can afford it if you are spending this much on a massage." I feel so disrespected. Also as a customer I have the right to ask to cancel a card transaction if I see the card vs cash price is more, especially when they do not disclose all the additional charges upfront. They just refused to try to help cancel the transaction and told me that " I should be able to afford it." Upon leaving I said I will leave a review on Google, and when I got into the elevator a staff actually forced the door to open and just blocked the door of the elevator and told me to come out to discuss! However at that point I felt scared for my personal safety as she refuse to let me close the elevator door after me asking her to let me leave. I had to tell her that I will call the cops if she doesn't let me leave in the elevator. Such unprofessional and rude behavior that make the customer feel extremely uncomfortable and scared. read more

Only drawback back was that she was interrupted two or 3 times by the manager causing discontinuation during the massage and ruining my state of tranquility. Normally I when I go for massages I am asked two things- what area to focus on and how firm I like it. None of that was done in the beginning. I thought maybe she would check in in the middle and still nothing. The massage was probably one of the most mediocre massage I've ever gotten. Yes $55 for 80 is cheap but still that's $55 for something that didn't fulfill its purpose! It gets worse, I went outside to pay and paid all in cash. I tipped them 18% and I could understand my masseuse asking the reception how much tip she received. I looked at my masseuse and she had the most ungrateful face on! No thank you, nothing!
