Terrible customer service. I messaged on whats app last…read morenight asking if they had anything free for today. Girl messaged me this morning at 10.41am saying they had 12 and 1pm available today. I replied within 5 mins saying 12 please. Got taxi to the place and when we went in was told they were busy and because they hadnt replied to me I didnt have booking. Very unprofessional obviously just took people who walked in and never bothered replying. Visit benidorm regularly and would not recommend at all very rude unprofessional staff

Came in after an ocean swim. I was initially reticent as I was truly looking for something relaxing…read morerather than getting bruised up for one hour. I explained my fear and she was absolutely incredible. I felt asleep half way but woke up refreshed and ready to go. The place is super quaint and looked like it is family owned. Again, the massage was incredible. Note to the boneheads coming in for something special at the end, NO this is not it! What you get is a professional Thai massage to give you wings as you leave.
