I believe that most of the staff that do hair are not adequately trained. It is very frightening when you spend 100s of dollars to have extremely fried hair because the hair specialist used bleach and toner, no proper conditioning and no added color. This is the place to go if you wish to come out looking like Carrot Top, a burned scalp and hair falling out. The owners are extremely rude and do not value their customers at all. If you do wish to have a psychic reading (or not) this is the place to go and be rest assured, you will not be relaxed whatsoever. read more

I got my hair done at this salon and was pretty happy with the results. I will probably return because I know that a good stylist is hard to find. However, I found the atmosphere was NOT relaxing at all. The girls seemed to be a bit tense with each other. Maybe it's just my imagination, but there were no smiles and very little interaction. I noticed one woman (short blonde hair) kept stomping up and down the stairs and rudely ordering the others around. Maybe she's the owner or manager? The way she was talking to some other employees actually made me uncomfortable! Definitely not a spa experience. :( read more
