They are quick-to-help and to the point, which I like in a business. They also offer 5%, basically a built-in coupon - bonus! They are being COVID safe - you call when you arrive and they tell you on the phone when to enter the shop so there aren't too many people in the building at once. There are hand sanitizer stations all over, and the touchless check-in and check-out is a great feature. I am new to sugaring, but I found that while the process is the same, the pain is much less! To say that I'm disappointed in the treatment that I received is an understatement. First, I…read moreexplained to the aesthetician that my eyelash tint only lasted a few days the last time to which she responded that it must be bc of using oil based makeup remover (she didn't tell me to change anything or keep from any certain products before & I don't use oil based makeup remover). Then upon putting the lash tint on, I told her that it burned and felt as if something was in my eye. She handed me a fan and said that I "blinked too much" & to keep the fan on. I said a few minutes later that it was burning both eyes and that I was concerned. My eyes were watering at this point. She responded "just 3 more minutes". I then told her that something was wrong and I needed it off my eyes bc the pain was unbearable. She finally removed the dye. When I was able to open my eyes, it was clear that something was wrong. My contacts were completely brown. There was dye in both eye. I was again told that it was bc I blinked & then that it was bc of contact lenses. She took NO accountability. She DID NOT even apologize. I explained to her that it was dangerous bc I had to drive home without my contacts & she responded "this is not a new service, it happens sometimes with lenses". This experience costed me $50. My eyelashes were NOT completely tinted, my eye brows were threaded but only half way tinted. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT RETURN.

But she was even more ill at that point and I told her I was going to cancel and I didn't go back. This is not any bad review about the actual salon. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.
