Never!! And i do mean never go here!! I paid over $112 +tip! for a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and eye lash extensions on a Saturday for a wedding. By Monday morning every single one of my lashes came off!!! Went to talk to them in person in the calmest demeanor after work and the lady was so rude to me and told me she doesn't do refunds and there's nothing she could or would do about it because and i quote "you people have oily skin" no gift card to get it done at a later time, no let me re-apply them. Another customer came in behind me (of Asian decent) and she totally ignored me and had a full blown conversation with her. Afterwards proceeded to tell me mam theres nothing I can do for you or you can pay HALF 50/50 and I'll do them again. Absolutely not! I had heard this place was going down and bad reviews for nails and customer service but I experienced it for myself this time! WOW!!! Again, NEVERRRRRR go here. Keep going absolutely horrible! I got my nails filled on Halloween and painted black. Later that day I noticed that the acrylic was not level on several nails and did not cover completely on some others. They were closed Sunday so I went after work on Monday. I decided to do a polish change while I was there getting my nails fixed. The lady fixed the acrylic but did a poor job of taking the black off my nails and toes. The new polish does not look very nice either. I had to pay $52 for the original service then $37 for this one. I will not be going back there. read more

I've been a customer here since new ownership about 3 years ago. I enjoy getting pedicures here because they take their time. They also offer massage, waxing and eyelash extensions. I love the way my nails look and I always get compliments. You can make an appointment or walk in, but weekends are busy so get there when they open. the lady i had cut me a lot. she was filing my nail until she got to my skin and then she kept filing on my skin. i was bleeding but she also continued to file. the nails came out okay. they have a lot of bubbles in them but overall i will not be back here. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. My stepmother went to this place to have her nails done on Thurs Aug. 25 (acrylic and gel on top) and on Fri. Aug 26 the nails started to lift and fall off. She went today, Sat. Aug. 27, to have them redo her nails because they were all lifted. Tiffany the nail tech began to argue that it was my stepmoms fault, and that she was pulling them off herself and she was only going to fix 2 of them. Tiffany began to be completely rude to my stepmom. This woman has no business working in the public. Tiffany's brother in law went outside to apologize to my dad and he stated that Tiffany's attitude towards everyone is that "if they don't like it, they can leave because they have enough customers." He also stated that everyone complains about Tiffany. My sister also was there and her gel nail polish was completely peeling off. Who is even the owner of this establishment?
