For Christmas, I was stumped on what to get for my father who is a VERY difficult man to gift to…read more. and then my sister suggested a large print of one of my photographs (I've had a career in photography in the past and have many many portfolio photos to choose from). With about 5 days to spare, I searched "fine art print shop" in my area and this shop, which is two blocks from where I live, popped up! My partner and I chose a frame we already had, which was large and slightly odd proportions, but after my partner went in to the shop and met Boon, the owner, he assured us that he could make the dimensions work with the photo I'd chosen, plus or minus a bit of the margins. I chose a satin giclee print, because the frame I'd chosen has glass, so glossy wouldn't have looked great and matte might've been too dull? My file size wasn't quite large enough for the size I wanted to expand to, but luckily, Boon had a program to fill in the parts of the image that would've gotten too pixelated and the end result was perfect. It took Boon 3 days to have it ready, which was amazing because it was ready the day before we needed to leave to travel for the holidays! Absolutely amazing customer service, and I love supporting any local small business anytime I can! It cost us just around $100 to have this print made, which I was already anticipating for the size of it, totally acceptable to me! And the shop owner made it clear that duplicates of the print would be cheaper should I ever want more printed, so if you're an artist wanting to print a series of prints, the pricing works in your favor. Awesome shop, will absolutely return for any future printing needs!

Boon at Mach Print is awesome!…read more A one man operation out of a smaller shop, Boon is incredibly knowledgeable about his craft and it shows through his work. He is meticulous with color and paper quality, and because of that I've used him for multiple projects from vinyl to poster printing. Great communication and very reasonably priced. Helped my with my class projects for graphic design, and my teaches complemented the quality of the prints. Def recommend, just make sure to call ahead if you have larger projects, or before you drop by because he might be at lunch, a man's gotta eat right?

I decided to give this shop a chance in spite of the lower reviews since I know that ratings on…read morehere tend to veer towards the extremes. Glad I did, because I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a last-minute commission that I needed to get printed, and this shop got it done with an incredibly quick turnaround. I sent in my request around noon, calling immediately after to request same-day service, and got the email that the order was completed about 20 minutes after I confirmed the final printing details. The total came out to just short of $16 (due to the rush fee) for five 5 x 7-inch prints, which works great for me. For technical folks like myself: the prints were done on 11 x 8.5-inch card stock with indicators for where I needed to cut (I opted to do it myself to avoid the service fee) and were handed to me in a plastic sleeve. They came out perfect, nothing to complain about. Customer service was great too. I presume I was chatting with Anna, who helped me fetch my prints as soon as I told her my order specifications. She was very kind and payment was quick and painless; the cost was exactly as quoted plus tax (which they warn you about in the emailing stage). Even when I called a couple days ahead to ask about their print details (ie. confirming that they use CMYK, PDF, and ~300 dpi for artwork), the individual on the phone was very direct and easy to speak with, handling all of my questions with ease. I would be happy to come back with any personal projects or future rush orders. Highly recommend!

The business needed a professional and effective website, something which would be easy to view, navigate and read. Affarei met with myself and the Founder of the company and we agreed upon advertising by use of a website. I gave Affarei all the pictures we had which portrayed the most of what our business is about and they did an amazing job touching up the pictures and placing them in an appealing order. Being apart of a small business, I did not have the most available time to provide Affarei with all the literature and descriptions of the type of work we do, however, they wrote pages beyond pages explaining the type of work and services we offer. They most definitely delivered more than expected throughout planning process, trail/proofing stages, and the final product. They were very easy to work with, displayed the utmost professionalism and kept me updated in order to stay on top of this process. I would recommend Affarei to anyone who is need of a website, superior SEO, and all other marketing materials. These guys were able to get the job done in a fashionable amount of time and have added new customers to our list within the first month of our website being launched.
