And they said they do not have a limit on the number of revisions but I have an email from them stating they usually only allow 3 revisions. They tried to fix this by allowing one more revision but if I had known that they had any kind of limit then I never would have booked with them. They also state in their response that I (the client) am responsible for making sure the items they suggest are quality before I order but then what's the point of hiring a designer? They are already supposed to do that kind of background work.
