I went to this location today after my bed frame broke in the middle of the night and dumped me on…read morethe ground. From the start, I explained that I was looking for a king size bed frame. Instead, the salesperson kept pushing me toward a queen frame. I even said I'd consider downsizing if I could get both the frame and mattress for a good price and take it home today. She told me most things have to ship, but they had some items in stock. When I specifically asked what king bed frames they had in stock, she came back with a list of only their highest-priced queen mattresses, which wasn't at all what I asked for. I spent about an hour going back and forth with her. She kept insisting that I lay on the mattress, which made me very uncomfortable. I finally explained I'd just order one off Amazon since it's cheaper, faster, and exactly what I want. At that point, she scoffed at me and said, 'Have a good night.' I was honestly shocked by how dismissive and pushy the experience was. I would not recommend going here unless you have no idea what you want.
